MyPokoPlanner ("we", "our", or "us") is a fan-made planning tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address — used to identify your account and allow you to sign in.
- Password — stored securely and never readable by us (hashed by Supabase Auth).
When you use the planner while signed in, we store your plan data (zones, buildings, Pokémon selections) in our database so it can be synced across devices.
We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal details.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To save and restore your planner data across sessions and devices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
MyPokoPlanner uses Supabase (supabase.com) to handle authentication and database storage. Your email and plan data are stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase's own privacy policy applies to their handling of this data.
Pokémon sprites are loaded from the PokeAPI GitHub repository. No personal data is sent to PokeAPI.
Data Retention
Your account and plan data are retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Children's Privacy
MyPokoPlanner is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR.
